Jeff G. has done many drawings and plans for large municipal projects. But the finished projects were often long into the future and unnecessarily expensive. Why? Because the concrete utility structures are transported to the sites. These large, heavy concrete tubes are fragile and can break during transport or installation necessitating another shipment. 

Why not just ship lightweight moulds and just pour the concrete there? In addition to dramatically reducing shipping costs,this also allowed quickly customizing the size with additional sections. Jeff patented his idea and began work on expanding to other wastewater projects that also benefited from this concept.
